Teresa Weston

teresa profileTeresa has worked in a variety of vocational contexts in work-based learning, FE and private sector training. Qualified to Masters level in Education, she has also served many educational support organisations including LSIS, QCDA, OfQual, SSAT and as a Senior Examiner for an awarding organisation. A specialist in teacher/trainer and assessor training, Teresa has extensive experience in supporting apprenticeship programmes. Teresa is also a published author of distance learning resources including e-learning


Trevor Weston

trev_pic_1Trevor is an experienced, innovative project manager, editor and trainer. He worked as Publishing Manager at the National Extension College for 16 years. Over many projects he has proved himself to be a developer and deliverer of high-quality, interactive e-learning and blended learning programmes.

His key strengths are in project overview, quality, time management, budgetary control, realistic specifications, teamwork and hands-on editing. He is good at making best use of opportunities offered by computer-based training while maintaining sound pedagogic approach. Trevor is able to put together a team and manage complex projects or perform discrete tasks, such as writing, rewriting or editing to a brief.

Our team have worked in industry and education with experience of many sectors. They understand the constraints and pressures on organisations and the need for training to fit around the day-to-day operation. They know from experience and from working with a wide range of customers, what works and what can be delivered with minimal disruption.

Karen Allen

Karen croppedKaren is a highly qualified, dynamic and creative trainer and developer of training materials. She is a specialist in Leadership and Management with wide experience within a diverse range of contexts including training solutions for major customers such as Tesco, Asda, the Post Office and British Gas.



Gillian Dale

GillianGillian is an experienced trainer with a vast range of knowledge in coaching models and theories. Specialising in work with senior managers, her programme development expertise has allowed her to write qualification units and support materials across a range of projects, including for front line Olympic staff. Employed as an advisor on curriculum in both colleges and work based learning provision, she is qualified to Masters level and has written several textbooks across the retail, business and travel and tourism sectors.



Deborah Aunger

Debs 3Deborah has worked for ten years in the Health & Social Care sector and is a registered Mental Health Nurse who holds Qualified Teacher: Learning & Skills certification. She is the training officer for a National charity and takes the lead on the Mental Capacity Act, the Mental Health Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. She delivers Health & Social Care training courses to 7,500 UK care staff and managers on all aspects of mental health and learning disability.

Linda Harradine

LH picLinda has 20 years’ experience in post-16 Education & Skills. She has programme, team and quality management skills at planning, operational and strategic levels and huge expertise in course design and delivery, quality improvement, teacher training and continuous professional development. She is qualified to post-graduate level in Health & Psychology; Educational Studies and Strategic Management.
